How Porsche Launched a Successful Digital Signage Project With a Platform-First Strategy

Global brands and retailers implement centralized digital signage software platforms at a progressive rate. The platform needs to allow a homogeneous and collaborative management of media and touchpoints on all organizational levels – from headquarters, country organizations and dealerships. Supporting workflow processes and managing media adaptions for different countries and languages calls for specific requirements for successful implementations and operations. This presentation will focus on specific platform requirements of global projects with suggested solutions. Strategies and structures will be discussed using a real-world project case study from Porsche.
