Other than live events, no industry was probably hit harder by the pandemic than the travel industry. For those able to weather the short-term slow down, it created an opportunity to evaluate and invest in the future, anticipating a return. Travelers can now expect improved experiences from airports and airlines to hotels and cruise ships.
