Brian Allen is Executive Vice President of Technology and Content Integration for Illuminarium Experiences. In this capacity, he oversees the creation and development of each experience’s unique themed content as well as architects the state-of-the-art technological systems and framework.

From a young age, Brian has been immersed in the world of theater. He pursued this passion in New York City where he gained experience in immersive experiences and content creation; translating imagination into reality. Whilst working previously at RadicalMedia as a Creative Technologist, Brian has traversed and garnered awards for working across many technologies and mediums from AR, VR, to LED and interactive projections.

Bringing Illuminarium online during a global pandemic, Brian has had to quickly adapt working and communication styles. He worked with teams and partners to develop virtual pre-visualization techniques for an attraction that is meant to be experienced in-person. As the world comes out of this crisis Brian believes people will desire having communal experiences once again. Although they may operate and look different the foundation will remain the same.

Brian oversees the unique marriage of technology and narrative, all guided by the human experience. Through his work, producing Emmy-Award and Cannes Lion winning interactive creations, virtual and augmented reality musical applications, as well as location based experiences, Brian has become an expert in the world of ‘immersive.’ He continues to push the boundaries of possibility, now through Illuminarium.
