Eric has extensive experience crafting authentic and engaging restaurant experiences with foodservice having been the primary focus of Jump Branding & Design since inception in 2004. His design thinking has been informed by retail market studies and visits in major cities across North America, Europe and South Asia. Eric’s experience in restaurant design has varied from start-ups through multi-unit franchise programs with the guest experience as the key-driver to creating defined and defensible branded moments.
