Mike is responsible for the technology strategy and architecture that has created Outernet London, with its mix of technologies that provide one of the world’s highest resolution digital canvases and immersive environments, as well as the infrastructure for the St Giles Circus district with its music venue at Outernet, Chateau Denmark hotel, F&B, office and retail.

Prior to joining Outernet, Mike was based in Hong Kong as CTO for Fox Networks Group Asia Pacific and MENA, leading technology strategy as well as operations across media, broadcast, and digital services. Before joining Fox, Mike worked with ITV on the successful launch of their PPV sports strategy and operation. As Director of Operations & Technology at Sports Information Services, Mike lead technology strategy and major operational transformation including real-time data-gathering solutions for in-play sports coverage, low latency streaming, process re-engineering, and the development of fully automated live sports channel production enabling new product propositions. Mike has also held senior global technology and operations roles at Technicolor, OSN (Dubai) and the BBC.

Mike holds BA (Hons) and MBA degrees, and is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology.
